Night fall or wet dream is the problem of automatic ejaculation of semen when the person is asleep. Ejaculation usually accompanied with erotic dream but sometime it may be without any dreams. If a person have nocturnal emission twice or thrice in a month then no treatment is required but more than this is alarming and treatment is required.
